Day one of Clase Biblica was a success! This afternoon I got to study God's word with 25 6th-8th grade girls and five volunteer helpers from our school. We studied about the widow who gave her only two coins to the Lord in the temple and talked about how she had faith and was able to trust that God would supply her needs for the following day. We each tore two pieces of tinfoil to represent her two coins, then wrote underneath about two areas of our lives that we need to give to God, trusting that He is sufficient to handle them. It was a wonderful afternoon and I'm so thankful for the opportunity to work with these girls! It was so fun seeing them outside of the school setting (and away from the boys...haha!). Thank you Lord for this privilege!
